Composite carbon source - an essential element for microbial growth, mainly consumed for phosphorus release and denitrification. Low carbon source content can result in poor nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency in effluent; The new composite carbon source is a novel biological denitrification and carbon supplement product that can achieve a coordinated unity of economy, practicality, and efficiency. This product is a colorless and transparent liquid. Compared to sodium acetate, this product has a smaller dosage and better effect. From a comprehensive cost perspective, the new carbon source saves 20% to 50% compared to traditional carbon sources. The main ingredients are national standard acetic acid, glucose, polysaccharides, alcohols, etc. Note: New carbon sources with effective content ranging from 15% to 85% and COD values between 150000 mg/L and 850000 mg/L can be produced according to different needs.


Product features:

1. The composite carbon source system avoids the weakening of microbial diversity in a single carbon source environment and enhances microbial diversity and activity.

2. Trace elements added to multi-core composite carbon sources, which are necessary for microbial growth and are lacking in wastewater, are very beneficial for microbial growth; At the same time, it is the active group and activator of certain enzymes in cells, an indispensable component of microbial cell structure and an essential nutrient for microbial growth, further enhancing the reproduction and activity of denitrifying bacterial communities.

3. Trace components such as vitamins and yeast extract added to multi-core composite carbon sources are essential organic nutrients for microorganisms to maintain normal life activities, which are lacking in sewage and conventional carbon sources. These substances cannot be synthesized by microorganisms themselves and directly affect the activity of various enzymes and microbial communities. The addition of microbial probiotic factors can effectively enhance the biological activity of denitrifying bacteria and provide a more efficient and comprehensive carbon source for denitrification.


Scope of application:

The new composite carbon source is suitable for application in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants with biological denitrification processes such as A/0 (anoxic aerobic) process, A 2/0 (anaerobic anoxic aerobic) process, oxidation ditch process, SBR process, and denitrifying biofilter.

usage method:

Location of addition: Inlet of anaerobic or anoxic tank.

Dosage: The specific usage amount depends on the on-site water quality situation and is determined by technical personnel based on the evaluation and calculation of inlet and outlet water quality data.


Packaging and Transportation:

25KG drum or ton drum, transported by tanker truck.


NOTE:

This product should be covered during transportation to prevent rain. This product is stored in a dry, cool, and well ventilated place at a temperature below 45 ℃, with a stability period of 12 months.
